with non-profit organizations and government agencies that target young, low-income, at-risk
Latinas in Los Angeles County and throughout California. She also plans to work with the
Hispanic Scholarship Fund, a cause she already gives back to for contributing to her own
college education. Nancy will also be a spokesperson for the official causes of Miss California
Latina.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoys drawing, writing poetry, reading, looking for new trends in the
cosmetic industry, discussing politics and philosophy, and spending time with her friends and
family.
