IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS FOR SUBMITTING OFFICIAL HEADSHOT
You will need to submit one (1) official headshot photo of yourself. This will be the photograph reviewed by the judges and released to the general public on the web-site, program book and other marketing material. The photo MUST be of high quality, suitable for publication and use on the Internet. The photo must be at least 640X480 pixels and must be just a headshot – NO FULL BODY SHOTS.
There are two ways to submit your photos by June 15th, 2008.
1 - You can email your official photo to photos@misscalifornialatina.com. The subject line MUST state OFFICIAL PHOTO and YOUR NAME to avoid confusion with other photos we receive.
OR
2- You may send the photo on a disk with your name on it to: Miss California Latina, PO BOX 16476, Beverly Hills, CA 90209. The photo MUST arrived no later then JUNE 15th.

MCL BULLETIN BOARD
Please Read Carefully !!!
* All contestants must bring black heels or sandals and a denim item, such as jeans, shorts or skirt (mini skirts and long skirts okay).
* All contestants must provide their own gowns for evening wear competition. Please select something that you feel very comfortable in and that represents you at your best.
* Interview outfits does not have to be a traditional skirt or pants suit. You may wear a dress, skirt and blouse or pants and blouse. NO JEANS, SNEAKERS, or TANK/HALTER TOPS. Remember you are going in for a job interview. You want to be professional, but yet express who you are in what you wear.
* For swimsuit competition we suggest all Miss contestants wear brown, beige or nude color strap heels. Something that is close to the color of your skin completion and will not stand out during competition. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR CLEAR OR BLACK HEELS. These will not be acceptable for competition and you will not be allowed to compete in them.
* For Fashion Wear competition we suggest all Teen contestants wear NICE flip-flops or sandals, something you would wear at the beach, but remember that you are on stage, so shoes should be clean. NO HEELS. TEENS ONLY.
* All Teens NEED to bring a swimsuit, preferably a one piece, tankini, or bikini with boy shorts/hot pants bottom. This is NOT for you to compete in, but you MAY BE asked to accessories your fashion wear outfit with a swimsuit item.
* Everyone will be responsible for their own hair and make-up. We will not be providing a make-up artist or hair styles at this time.
* There will be no advance sales of tickets to the show. Tickets can be purchase starting Saturday, July 12th at 10am. Tickets for both nights (preliminary and final presentation) and Coronation Ball will be $30.00 and will include admission to all three events. If you wish to purchase single event tickets, it will be $15.00 for each show and $10.00 for the Coronation Ball .
* All contestants are invited to Coronation Ball at no charge.
* During pageant weekend you will have the opportunity to put in your purchase orders for photos and video of the pageant.
