 The mission of the Miss California Latina and Miss Teen California Latina Pageants is to empower women of Latin and Hispanic origin living in California while enabling these women to embrace and showcase their Latin American culture while serving the community. Miss California Latina pageant provides personal and professional opportunities for young women to promote their voices in culture, politics and the community. It provides a forum for young women to express their viewpoints, talents and accomplishments to audiences during their reigning year. Miss California Latina and Miss Teen California Latina are the preliminaries to the national Miss Latina US and Miss Teen US Latina, the most prestigious and famous pageant system in the world for U.S. Latinas, as well as the longest-running. It is also the only national Latina pageant in the U.S. that follows traditional pageant guidelines for participants and affiliate preliminary competitions.   2008 Miss California Latina and Miss Teen California Latina competition will be held on July 12th at Hotel Huntington Beach in Huntington Beach, CA. We are now accepting applications for the 2008 Miss California Latina and Miss Teen California Latina Pageant. |
